It’s your workout, so do what you like to do! Whether you like cardio kickboxing, lifting weights, kettlebells or jumping on a trampoline, I can help you accomplish your goals your way.
You can work one on one with me, or put together a friend or two for a small group personal training session! Together, we can customize a plan that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I offer the following services:
- Personal Training – private or semi-private options
- Fitness/boot camp classes (MWF at 8:15 and 9:30 am, MW evenings at 6:00 pm) (starting at $15/class)
- Cardio Kickboxing
- Nutrition/Exercise Combo Hour: 30 minutes nutrition/30 minutes exercise

Fees: Personal training or nutrition/exercise combo: $80 per hour/ $650 for 10-sessions.
