Boot Camp

This popular one-hour circuit-style exercise class is specifically designed to blast fat. It is a  total-body workout consisting of bodyweight exercises, strength training, high-intensity cardio intervals, agility, balance, and core training. It is challenging, but can be modified to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels.

Class times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 8:15 and 9:30.  Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm.  Classes start at $15/class.

Class size is limited to 12 people in order to assure that the workout is tailored to your needs!
