I am Ginny Romano and I became a personal trainer 10 years ago as part of my mid-life transformation into a healthier lifestyle. I’ve always loved exercise (think ballet, Jane Fonda, Jazzercise, step aerobics, and now Crossfit). I also love reading nerdy articles about nutrition, and then sharing them with my clients and friends.

“Your Move Fitness” is all about owning your own health, which is why I named it “It’s your body; it’s your move!”
Most of today’s chronic illnesses are lifestyle-related, which means there’s a lot you can do to improve your health. I can customize a sensible nutrition and fitness plan to move you towards better health. You will see the results you’ve been envisioning. You can do this and I will help.
On a personal note, I live in Connecticut married to my college sweetheart Frank. Our three sons are in college so our black lab Chelsea is my partner in crime. My studio is in my garage, and my clients keep me on my toes. I love coffee, golf, kickboxing, and, much to my sons’ embarrassment, I can’t resist dancing to disco music!
